Hunter Wise, American Capital Raise $3.3M for Chinese Electronics Retailer

Hunter Wise Financial Group and American Capital Partners arranged a $3.3 million private placement of common stock and warrants for Buyonate, in connection with the Chinese consumer electronics retailer's reverse merger with China Electronic Holdings.
The Lu'an City, Anhui Province, China-based company issued 310,454 units each consisting of 4 common shares and 2 common share purchase warrants, priced at $10.56 each. Effectively, Buyonate issued about 1.24 million shares priced at $2.64 each.
The investors included Bear Marsh LLC, Chestnut Ridge Capital, Coronado Capital Management, DNST Properties LLC, Lee Bear LLC and Oso Capital.
